Terms of Service
I, the artist, have the right to reject an order for whatever reason.
I, the artist, maintain the right to post commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio, unless requested otherwise
I, the artist, reserve the right issue a refund and cancel a commission if there is poor communication or inappropriate behavior/abuse
You, the client, CANNOT sell the artwork for profit or redistribute the artwork in anyway
You, the client, CAN resize/crop, make icons, wallpaper, or other graphic media for non commercial use
Do not use my art in AI or NFT projects
Rules
Send me a message/email of what you are considering in your commission (include written descriptions, image references, mood boards etc), indicate a final image size and format. Provide a deadline if necessary
Once an agreement is reached, I will send an invoice through paypal to your email
I will send you updates on the progress of your commission
You get 3 revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price. Additional revisions will be charged
Commissions may take anywhere from a week to a few months depending on complexity and workload
Upon completion, you will receive a copy via email
Payment
Payment is done through Paypal Invoice
Once at the sketching stage, payment is required
Full refunds are only available before work has begun, partial if partway through, and no refunds once the piece is complete
